KensingtonCroc™ partners with trusted international shipping providers to deliver orders directly to your door. We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes, including address modifications. Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive separately due to different warehouse or supplier locations.

After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 6–12 business days depending on your location.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, KensingtonCroc™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the carrier's system.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
KensingtonCroc™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been submitted.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, KensingtonCroc™ cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery issues.
