  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kensingtoncroctote@outlook.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement item at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations
